advice needed lights and tent size..

hey all
Im wanting to upgrade from a small growbox after this harvest.. This is what im looking at for lights .im not sure if this is a good light setup .would like some opinions on it if any use this rig.

Also im not too sure about the tent size i should get for a good fit for that light setup. How many plants would that light cover? looking for about 3 to 5 plants grow per grow. doing a small cfl grow box type now ..its going very well(4weeks in ) but space has become a big issue ,and im wanting to grow larger plants or have that option .. OH i also have one more question ..
How well would this work to ,well not really filter the smell but to blow the exaust up out the chimney . its about 35 ft tall ..

if ur rockin a 400 i wouldnt go bigger than a 4x4. preferebly a 2x4. ebay has a nice few for roughly aroung $80 bucks or so. friend baught one and its nice. bunch of other sizes too. u should look into a 600watt. its way worth the money. a 400 is roughly 55,000 lumens. a 600 is roughly 90,000 lumens. that and if u get a digital ballast u can rock it at 400watts for veg and crank it up to 100% for flower. but a 400 is a solid base platform just hope u dont end up upgrading a few times. wasted a lot of money doing that. went from a 400 to a 600 then finally to a thousand cuz my needs changed. a 600 gives u flexability with ur options.

So wheels . would you say 600w and a 4x4 would be pretty nice? big price jump from the 400w i was looking at .Dont think i can swing that before my next grow.im wanting to keep it pretty small also .Guessing 2x4 i could realisticly do 3 plants?
