Advice on cheap grow setup for 2

IM looking for advice for an affordable grow setup for 2 maybe 3 plants max...any advice will help plz

Medium sized cupboard, 3 plants. You need, pots, soil, water, seeds and light. Go get a 400watt HPS+Ballast+Reflector combo, some hooks to hang it and your set. If you want any more detail, i'm sure the 2 Kabillion threads in the indoor growing section will help you out. Do a few forum searches and you will be much smart in the way of mota growing.
