Advise + Help identifing sex

Hey guys
ok first time grow im down to 2 plants, these have been on 12/12 for quite some time now,

there currently in a small growbox with 2x20 watt 2500k cfl's for flowering,

Can you plz help identify if these are male/female?

Plant #1
can see 2 hairs on this, small gold like hairs









Plant #2 cant see much signs of sex, may this be male?








What go youse guys think?

Also the bulbs, there 2700k are they good for flowering? theres currently 2 of them, would i need more with a higher wattage?
Thinking of making a small reflector out of a beer can to reflect light..

2700k is good for flowering

You might want to add 1 or 2 40watter bulbs for flowering

But plant looks healty and your grow looks good .

Cant tell from the pics. How long hve they been in 12/12?

They have been on 12/12 from seed, i started around late september early october and was using 1 x 75 watt 5500k CLF, also they have been LST'ing for a while, should it normaly take this long? any tips?

back off on the nutes and the watering. they look to be on the edge of trouble.

all i am feeding them is 2lt/10ml Tomatto Feed, and 2lt/1ts of Lyles Black Treacle. watering them every 3 days at 500ml each

They don't normally take so long. Your low amount of light is to blame. If you don't add some light, they are going to take.....YEARS to flower. They might not flower at all under those conditions. You should already be smoking your 5 month old plant!

im gona pop down to the DIY shop monday and get 1 or 2 more CFL's
