Aerocloner Problems

I have a custom design using a rectangular rez aprox 3 feet by 4 feet, 130 site. a 396 GPH pump hooked up to a rectangle of CPVC pipe which has 6 sprayers.
I chose to use sprayers that spin around instead of the standard ones that have a cone diffuser (i find the spinning ones have better coverage and plug up a lot less)
I use olivias cloning solution, rez is aprox 60 liters. i add 750ml Olivias to the rez.
I had set up the cloner several months ago and decided to just do a test run with 50 clones, within 10 days i had a 96% success.
I never took any measurments of room or rez temp, PH, nothing! I decided it works very well so dont fuck with it....I had several more batches of clones go through this system flawlessly, that is until I had to move my cloner to another room because of space issues. The setup is exactly the same yet its been 12 days and NO ROOTS.
The only thing i can think of the the room temp/humidity has changed or the rez temp is too cold in the new room.
Can someone please help me out, whats an optimal room temp/humidity and rez temp??
Thanks RIU

It could be a lot of things. Proper cloning temperature is 75-80 and humidity is 75-85%. I use Clonex solution but only add 5 ml/ liter, or 300ml per 60 liters. Did the space between the lighting and clones change? You don't want to give clones too much light, or they will shift focus from rooting to photosynthesis. You might be getting lucky with your pH if the olivia's solution might be putting the pH in a proper range.

*****If its city water you are using, your local water provider might be flushing their system monthly, changing its pH and salt content.

You'll definitely want to start monitoring temp and hum, you can get one with min/max readings at walmart for $9.

I'm sure you checked to make sure the aeroponic sprayers aren't clogged. Running a product like SM-90 can help keep sprayers clear and I just read some studies saying it can improve bug resistance, and its organic.

Hope this helps, good luck.
