i'm going to be getting to clones to put in my ag. i am going to root them in cups first, and then transplant. what do i need to do? what nutrients/rooting gel should i get and how does that work? do i just put the gel on the stalk, put it in the soil, and grow? and next...

transplanting to the ag? what do i put the roots into to hold them up? just the stock ag cup or what? i was just wondering on these basics before i proceed. any and all advice on cloning will be greatly appreciated.

before planting in soil . just try puttn it n rockwool.buy one of the seed kits it uses .use the plastic things after you cut off the little round bottom piece.put your clone in the rock wool .but wet the rock wool 1st.wallah in 2 weeks u will have the roots w/o having to use soil.:-?just give it a try.

so just rockwool under a light with water? someone said they tried that in their aerogarden and it got too wet and they had mold or something.

I use the AG for my micro mum and cloning. I just cut up a dollar store sponge to look like the AG plugs. but I cut down the length.

Cut a few candidates, dip in vita grow then into the sponge/ag. Works like a champ. In two weeks tons of roots.

there are these new rooting pucks that are made of foam material, they are very nice for making clones quickly in like 5 days and the roots love them, no need to ph them either just use advanced nutrients cloning gel,new blade and heat mat to help them out mist them twice a day with water/superthrive mixed at 1 drop per liter.
