i havent had any probs with the tabs just dont give it more then 1 regular tab or they will burn

ok so I came acrossed a 150w HPS... should I run my water 24/7 since I'm using a different light source? how far should I keep this light off the plants?

yea you can run the water 24/7 but you should keep the light about 12" from the tops of the plant

my last aerogarden plant came to a disaster i got 2 exotic plants growing 46 days old starting to flower ill try to get sum pics when its budding

I would definitely limit myself to about 3-4 plants and do some training to keep an even canopy.As soon as I seen the Aerogarden I thought of Topping,a scrog,FIM and some Lst.Would add some extra lumens in there as well as a fishpump and airstone.Just my opinion though.Personally, I feel this would be how I would achieve maximum potential even with the deluxe (upgrade).

4 would be pushing it i have 3 right now a little over 5 weeks and 1 week into flowering and the res is pretty much empty after 2 days, even with the topping scrog fim and lst your roots are still going to be huge and need lots to drink

I just meant above the rez.I see a few AG users growing full plants with no pruning,training etc.It can be done obviously by force flowering early,12/12 with clones,12/12 from seed whichever the users preference.I have even seen some still vegging at 9 weeks.I mean the upgrade is great as far as height goes ( I would recommend the upgrade) but vegging with no training & late flowering with just the stock bulbs is resulting in poor lower penetration.Therefore, with this machine I would like to try a couple techniques and give below the canopy a haircut and concentrate on those budsites with uniform tops.It's worth a try.
Those roots are going to be nuts.Hopefully I can get by

Okay, I read the first 160 something post in the stickied aero garden thread, then skipped to the last page. I got mixed feelings on this. Does this work very well, or are you going to need to do some moddifying, and tweaking here and therE?

only modifying you really need is changing the light to a timer so when flowering you can set to 12/12 unless you have ther aerogarden pro i got the orignal one

flowering is the stage of your plant that produces the bud you should set your plant to flower after 40 days of the vegative stag you set your lights for 12/12 from then you can determine if its a female or male plant if male chop the mutha fucka down lol

just make sure you put your seeds deep in the core so it gets base... I'm having trouble with mine not being able to hold their own weight
