Did you do anything to the medium before putting the seeds in? Like soaking them in water? I just ordered pods for my Aerogarden online, and I don't know if I should do anything before setting the seeds in.

Check out widow maker thread on how to grow marijuana. I started my seeds in the pod. One plant is taller than the other plant because the root did not grow straight. The next grow, I will start it in a jar before putting it in the aerogarden.

I started it in the aerogarden. But I wish I started it in a wet paper towl inside of a jar. Because one of my sprout did not grow straight. You get good results when it starts out right. If your sprout does not grow straight, it can be slow in it development. Check out widow maker thread on how to grow marijuana. After seeds sprout, then put it in the aerogarden.

One Month grow 09/19/07

Tips of my leaves started turning brown. Cut nutrients to one tablet every two weeks.
Pruned the top, so plants would grow bushy.

Remove light from post. Theres a tab on the back of light that lets you detach it.

Unplug and remove light bulbs.

Remove several screws holding the reflector to the plastic cover.

I drilled four holes four with equal spacing and installed four -I hook screws-. Each I Hook has two bolts.
Make sure one bolt touches the top of the cover and a second bolt touches the inside of the cover.
You will notice that there are plastic grooves inside the cover for the reflector to sit inside. There you want your holes
to be and also do not let your screw and bolt go past the grooves, because you want to be able to put
your reflector back on.

Re-install bulbs. I hanged my light to a shelf with a chain and a locking pin so I can adjust the height.

I bought a 6 foot figure 8 cord at radio shack.

I am running my lights on a separate timer than my reservoir.

Day 37 and 1 week flowering. I wished I thought of this before I pruned it to be bushy.

Please let me know what you think of my setup. This is my first time every growing.

I just ordered some White Widow and the Fox Farm Hydro kit........Already have the figure eight cord plugged in directly to the lights and it's hooked up to a timer, I have the pump seperate from the timer.......Just not sure how much of the Nutrients I'm supposed to use. I am well aware of the Fox Farm Chart but I just needed to know if any of you have experimented with the nutrients to see what the best measurements are...I'll post some pic's of my setup in a little while.... Thanx
Peace
