Aeroponic Grow Pics

Hey all....after a minor setback we got back on track. Sorry...I should have kept a journal but for what's its worth...

Beans in tubs on 12/2/2007.

Lights to12/12 on 12/20/2007

Harvest on 2/17/2008

Yield: Approx 1 lb and (3) 5gal buckets of popcorn buds ready for bubblehash.

Strain: Chrystal, Bubblegum
Lighting (2) 400w HPS & (1) 600hps.

Comments appreciated.

12 plants = 1lb that was a pretty descent yield. Buds look good, set up is clean. You got 1lb dried?

No...actually I started with 18 beans (3 tubs) and 7 were male so I ended up with 11 fems. They're not completely dry yet but I've done this enough that I can usually come within 1/2oz on the dried weight.

Did you mean 1 1/2 oz? Because 1/2 oz with 11 pants will only give you about 5.5 oz? I think you made a mistake in your last post if Im not mistaken.

No...what I meant was that when I look at freshly cut buds I can usually guess at their final dried weight. My estimates are usually within 1oz of the correct weight when dry.

The final total of 16oz isn't too bad considering I usually get between 1 1/2-1 3/4 oz per plant. 11 plants at 1.5 oz per plant would be almost exactly 1lb.

damn i woulda thought 11 would have got more.

Hey loud....yeah, me too but I recently lost all my clones (don't ask) so I had to start from beans. I forced flowering on the beans at 2 weeks which was way too early and so I got a huge amount of stretch. Because of that I wasn't able to pull off a SCRoG and ended up getting less than expected. I did have a shitload of popcorn buds though from the lower stems and they are in the bubblebags as we speak.

Hey loud......I think the smoke will be great. You're right...they do look tasty. At this point all I've done is to smoke a small bud after drying in the microwave while the rest are hanging. I've got a few colas water curing (started this morning) and will let you know in a week or so. As for the air dry/cure it'll be a while before I can offer an honest opinion.

The bubble hash kicked ass though.
