Hi guys! First time growing hydroponic style! My plant was doing amazing when I germinated it in my small aero garden box but when it started reaching the light I switched it over to a DWC bucket bc I thought more room for the roots but
I also started to notice it was yellowing with a bit of brown spots from the bottom going up and i thought it was a nutrient deficiency but I added some and still no luck she keep yellowing. I read on here maybe the roots are getting to much light bc some of the roots had green specs so I removed any green I saw I rinsed my roots as well bc they were brown and a bit mushy thinking maybe root rot! But still the same please help me I don’t want her to die!

The leaves look terrible because you do indeed have some serious root issues, likely pythium. Washing away the slime doesn't accomplish much, aesthetics aside.

You can address the root cause through bleach (~5ppm) or with beneficial bacteria. Southern Ag Garden Friendly Fungicide is a good value for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Same strain as Hydroguard, orders of magnitude more concentrated.
