Hello, this is my first attempt at growing a kraken auto. Germinated well for 72hs, planted root down and after 6 days the seedling look like this
It seems that the recipient had bad draining, i opened new holes, the soil stills moist, should i put ventilation?
Light is a fluorescent lamp i had, the seed retailer told me it was good to use, i dont know, please look at the picture and tell me if its a goner of there is something to do
Excuse the bad english.

Excuse the band english.
Looks like it might be a gonner bro. No more water, let her dry out really good might come back. I wouldn't really worry about the light right now, it could sprout in the dark. What kind of soil are you using? Room temps?

Never water right on a seedling like that, water with a shot glass AROUND the seedling not right on the stalk. This will stimulate rooting with the hunt for water. Also will prevent fungus and mold attacks to the young seedlings stalk.

Container size is 5 liters (1 gallon i guess), soil was bought from the grow shop, so is the good stuff...my bad, i germinated the seed in a glass with water in darkness, that actually worked good for me, during germination i prepared the container, filled 95% and watered it profusely. PROBLEM WAS: Container had bad drainage and i didnt realize about that till later, after i had planted the seed and it began to sprout, actually i thought it was doing well, as it came out after 72hs of putting the germinated seed on the ground, but now growing has come to a halt and the seedling has a bad colour, as you can see in the pics.

Here in the southern hemisphere summer is ending and when i sown the germinated seed weather was awful, very humid and very high temperatures. I dont have A.C.

Being an autoflowering i dont expect a high output, its just for personal use, but i dont see this progressing further.

Guess i would let this one be and try again with a new seed (another auto)...now that i have access to the forum and a little more experience, it will be way better.

For this new one i would post pics of everything that i got, so you tell me what works and what doesnt

Thanks for the advice, it makes sense to stimulate root growth

Always start with 16 oz solo cups. 5 liter pot is a bit too big if you don't know how to water those tiny seedlings properly. I also noticed that your soil is a little clumpy. Make sure to choose the right soil that has a good texture and drainage. Adding some extra perlite will loosen up the soil, make it drain better and allow air to penetrate the deeper layers of the soil. And make sure that your soil has the right ingredients and is suited for cannabis seedlings. "Buying from a grow shop" doesn't necessarily mean that you are getting the right soil.

I dont know the ingredients in english, of the soil, but it has all the good stuff...trust me, it was good soil, i ruined it with the watering... I put the germinated seed straight into the 5 liter container because i read that is better to avoid distressing the seedling when transplanting it, but i could try what you say, to have more control, thanks!
