how long do you leave it upside down to dry? and is 30 days the best for curing is there any difference if i go a few more days curing? or can it ruin it?

How long to dry depends on how wet it was at cutting and how low your humidity is. A week is usually enough. 30 days is a good cure but no problem goinglonger. Keep it in a cool dark place.
