Afy cutting 12/12 DWC

Here is a Afy that I taken as a broken small branch from the bottom of a plant. It was only 1.5" tall, I threw it in a rockwool cube with some Superthrive and just for kicks put it into a 5 gal DWC with a GH Water Farmer driper kit.

Week One: 1-06-10
No roots just a broken clipping that had just enough to maybe make a clone.

12/12 1000 watt HPS
Just Water with 10 drops of Superthrive

Week Two: 1-13-10
About 4" of root growth in a 10" net pot with hydroton. Just now showing flowering.

Additives: Humboldt Roots, and ProZyme

Week Three: 1-20-10
Net pot full of roots and just starting to show them coming out of the net. Also penny size flowers and stinking very well.

It is amazing how tough this plants really are.

This plant has just amazed me from day one, from a cutting to a full blown bloom plant since 1-6-10. as of today this plant now needs a 1/2 gallon of water every day.

This is what I make up a gallon every day and then feed a half every day to the plant. Plus it lets the nut set for 24 hrs to brew. This is the first 3 gallons I added to the 5 gallon bucket.
For the 1/2 gallon top off daily I take 1/4 of this pre-made nut and add another ph 5.5 3/4 water daily at this point. I have not changed out my reservoir and my ph was right at 5.8 before I added the nut.

Nut:
4 ml Master A & B Humboldt Nutrients
2 ml Ginormous Humboldt Nutrients
3 ml SeaMag Humboldt Nutrients
3 ml SeaCal Humboldt Nutrients
5 ml Prozyme Humboldt Nutrients
3 ml HumBolt (Humic Acid) Humboldt Nutrients
3 ml FlavorFul (Folic Acid) Humboldt Nutrients

Still running the same nut on this one just been bumping it hotter every week, Right now it take a 1/2 gallon of water every other day and I give it 1/2 strength of nut with every watering.

I like all of the sticky that this plant is forming and it smell so sweat. I am still foliar feeding every morning and washing off every night.

The last pic is all 4 plants that are blooming

Week One: 12/12 1/6/10 - 1/12/10
with in the first seven days this strain Affy #10 ended with a 1/4" budsites all the way down the nodes to the main stem.

Week Two: 12/12 1/13/10 - 1/19/10
I now have a couple of shooting stars and the buds have grown to about 1" or so around. I have noticed the the flowers have started to turn amber in color by the end of the 2nd week and the flowers have pulled back a little.

Week Three: 12/12 1/20/10 - 1/26/10
Not much vertical growth in this week, but the flowers now have filled the whole branch up to the main body stem. I have noticed a little growth in the lower flower sites.

Week Four: 12/12 1/27/10 - 2/2/10
Now that the flowering steams are full I have now started to notice new flowers blooming out of the areas were some of the flowers had turned amber. I have also noticed a nice growth in diameter per flowering branch.

Week Five: 2/3/10 - 2/9/10
Some nice girth growing going on in the flowers, all finds of nice new white hairs very were onto of the old amber hairs.

As you can see this clipping has grown in a week's time. the roots just keep getting bigger and bigger. The white hairs have started to grow again swelling the colas even bigger and the smell has really started to kick in.

Alright Here is my weekly update on this grow as you can see this 1.5" cutting has turned into a nice solid 1 oz dry plant at this point.

This plant main cola is 4" around and 12" tall

The second biggest cola is 3" around and 8" tall plus it goes all the way down to the main stem.

The third cola is 2.5" around and 6" tall and it also goes all the way down to the main stem.

This plant still has 16 days left of growing.

wow.. this is a nice lil grow man.. cant believe that that was the lil clone from the begining! looks nice and frosty now.. I just took my first clone a few days ago.. I'm hoping it survives... its from my WW plant.. I'm tryna turn the clone into a mother plant.. i only plan on grow a few plants at a time.. nothin big. but i'm hopin..,once my clone is big enough to take clones off of, that my clones will flower like yours.. u can check out the clone if you want.. my journals in my sig.. *Subscribed.

That's great, there is nothing like being self reliant and not having to wait for some one else to get you clones or seeds. I have customers that grow a lot but can't clone to save there lives, lol

Sorry I'm a little late on posting this week, I was out of town picking up 200 cindy99 clones.

My next grow will be a test of 8 plants 4 using AN nut vs. 4 using HN nut all in DWC
side by side in same grow room, same light, same space.

This may be the last week for this plant, but it is not showing signs of being done growing, the mother plant that is also in the bloom room is 50% amber and it just had a high pistols growth spurt.

I don't think I will be cutting it down n the 3rd like I was thinking.

wow.. that plants beautiful man.. how much you think you'll pull off her Dry?? Yeaa.. sadly.. dont think my clones gonna mkae it... lol. I guess im one of those people who "Can't clone to save their lives".. lol. But Nirvana had sent me my order again.. cuz only 1 WW seed outta 5 sprouted.. adn they said they gaurentee 100% germination rate.. which is pretty awesome if u ask me!! but when they sent me my order again.. they sent it to my old address.. soo i told them and they sent it again to my new address.. I got the 1st shipment last week.. and then this week.. i got the old one that was sent to my old address.. lol. soo i got 10 fem WW seeds.. and 10 freebies too..

soo instead of worrying about that clone.. im germinating 1 WW seed now, and gonna jsut kinda experiment with that plant.. try topping it.. and taking clones from it until they survive.. lol. then hopefully i will get the hang of it.. that plant does look really good man.. the stem in nice!! cant wait to see some harvest pics!

It is always nice to get free seeds lol

I have just cut this plant today I trimmed the leaves and stem and weighted it wet and the main cola was around 5.6oz and the two smaller ones were around 2.8 and 2.9 oz each. The scale is set to OZ so it is 11.85 oz wet and trimmed.
