Hey guys, I recently saw this and it looks very good. I'm pretty sure it's not overpriced. And it has a way to change the lighting for seedlings, early growth, mature growth, and bloom. Also another plus is that it has cooling fans on top and LEDs don't really produce that much heat. If I got this, I could only get a computer fan and just keep it on the plants because it will already be cool so I won't need a powerful fan. I have the money for it, so what do you guys think.

It's hard to tell what the actual watt output is. If it is 342 then it's a good deal as far as watts per dollar, but that's a lot of watts under that small footprint with no info on coverage or ideal lamp height, though others can probably advise better than me. Also might want to contact the company and ask about actual wattage to be sure.

Rip Off!

The 342W has 60 3w diodes in groups of five surrounding three cobs which are supposedly 52w each themselves. No way it pulls 342 watts. Almost $9 bones, damn gina.

I would buy an ApacheTech for that kinda bling

You've got a point.
There are much better LED lights out there for that kind of price, like Apache Tech, and Area 51.
HTG is great if you want low cost tents and HID's, but they drastically overcharge on their LED lights.
Also, I've heard that their LED lights don't have the longest life span.

Its a cidly rebranded. They raise the price for maximum profit. Htg doesn't make any of their lights even the hid's.

Pretty sure this piece of propaganda is a prerequisite from the Chinese (all hail!) to selling LED's these daze... :)

I have a BlackStar 270 Chrome and am happy but had I have it to do over again, I'd go with an Area 51.

Originally comes from China with some modification by discarding the dimming function and changing into three switches for veg, bloom and intense, kind of the CaliforniaLightWorks solarstorm. Another company resells this lamp is the Cosmicgrowth in Canada.

Thank you for the feedback, I realized that this is a ripoff and I am now going with the new 2014 A51 LED light, it's a better light and cheaper. Thank you for changing my mind and saving my money.
