airpot questions 2 airpots vs 4 smaller airpots

ok im doing a scrog I have 5 3.8 gallon airpots I can double 2 of them up and make 2 larger containers or do a 4 plant scrog but my question is which do you guys think would yield more, im thinking the 2 with a bigger root systems would produce heavier buds, they will be grown 100 percent organic with ewc teas and molasses during flowering with a 1000w phantom 2

wider root zone only means wider plants, so depending on your light/grow space etc. weight will also have a lot to do with veg time vs root size if begged longer more root space could be needed. so id need a lot more info to give you an exact answer

I can say I won't use anything but 5 gals for Blooming a 5ft plant. I had them in 2.5gal rose buckets, but they total bind up in 8 weeks of veg. I take one more transplant step to give them some room in the roots when I switch the light.

I do that about 2 weeks before the light switch actually.

Hey bro,I have 3.8 gallon airpots ,5 gallon equivalent, and im growing in organic ffof and happy frog with a variety of amendments and worm castings, I have a lil perlite mixed in, I may add a little more.i have a 1000 watt phantom 2 digital ballast and a vertizontal reflector and I plan on doing a 4 plant scrog.but I jus plan on filling a 2x2 screen with each plant so do you think I should combine the 4 airpots to make 2 containers and get 15 gallon totes to fill the other 2 spaces

Roll with 4 smaller plants in an area like that will be easier to fill the sprog and less veg time. Shouldn't have a problem with a 2.2 sprog in the smaller pots with 4 plants
