Airstone diffuser

Anybody ever used them? Are they any good? Thinking of going dwc next run and trying to see if i can have the least amount of noise ie. Air pumps and air stones.

Where's that found at & named and what's it do?

An air pump hung up away from touching anything makes next to no noise.
The exhaust fan is louder.
Bubbling water is the loudest but necessary in a successful dwc.
