albino seedling???

Not sure what to make of this.... popped 3 Barneys Farm Vanilla Kush seeds... I should mention that while soaking them initially one of them sank immediately... I didnt really think anything of it and proceeded as usual. This one popped the very next day... the other 2 popped the following day and it was then that I noticed the strange coloring. The other 2 are just as normal as can be... light green to green...i.e, normal...lol! anybody ever see anything like this???



Not sure if you can see it but the stem has the very slightest purple hue to it....

Wow that is a first for me but it looks cool not sure how it will do though

I'm dumbfounded...but intrigued as hell....lol! I'm thinking I'll be taking a LOT of cuttings from this if she survives

i hope she survives that would be an awesome looking full grown plant but plants get their green color from the chlorophyll so hopefully that its just pigment abnormality and not a lack of chlorophyll

yes please keep us updated

you should also keep posting pics of its progress i am very curious of how it will do

Really wishing I had payed more attention in HS Science class now...lol!! I've seen white plants before of course...or at least mostly white. I'm going to have to google Chloraphyll's role in a plants existence and see what I may be up against here...lol~ If nothing else this is slightly exciting for the moment

I most definitely will continue to post pics!!! My guess is that maybe the color will slowly appear...but at this point with 2 healthy sisters I kinda hope it stays white...lol!!!

well there is plants that are white but the chlorophyll has a different pigment color but with cannabis it for the most part has green pigments but that doesnt necessarily mean your plant will die it could just as well just be a different colored plant. Plus i am soooo baked right now so there is a good possibility i could be wrong lol Still exciting to have a white seedling either way though

i definitely will. i have seen all kinds of weird things since i have been growing and everything turned out fine so just take care of her
