I always say it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. You can get great pot for almost nothing but your time. You got to have a good seed.I too use the bloom booster.It works great too. You just have to know how to MG. I'm a cheapo myself and damn proud of it. I seriously grew for years with shop lights and dirt and water. I hate to see someone who doesn't have a lot to spend think they have to buy all of those costly nutes to get good pot.

Here here, shoplights, dirt,water and of course a little MG.

I too have smoked a lot of shoplight weed.

As far as I am concerned anything else is just VOODOO and Magic Sauce. Have you seen some of these nute mixes.

2drops this
3 drops that
grind up a dead fish
a smidgen here

It's ridiculous sometimes, how much money goes to magic sauces. Mostly water.

man you are an earlytoker! i just woke up!i vegged untill they were about 7in.tall,thats from seed,i just measured my girls and the tallest is 44in!!!the shortest is 37,so 7in was to much.im running out of hight.the next batch will be from clones so i dont think they'll stretch so friggin much.i usally grow plant that are more to the indica side of things ,i wasnt prepaired for the plants to shoot up so high.

ya,def sativa,i got these seeds from cannabisseeds.com,there supposed to be white widow but who knows.i cant seem to get them to return an e-mail.i read somewhere that they are f-2s from nirvana but who knows?the guy who runs the site probably dont even know!im gonna wait till i know how good they are ,and ive got a real good indica ill cross with it. i kept a clone off of one of the males just for this kinda situation!my friend gave me the indica he calls it,"peterpotomus"it turn real purple out side when it starts to get cold.maybe ill make some"white hippo".

not to much going on i think i'll post like once a week so this seems like it goes by quicker.
I ordered some electric fruit punch from HGS yesterday they should be here in about 2 weeks. its a cross between blue Berrie and mango.there's a few recent pics on their forum.ive smoked HGS weed just recently(HKxAK-47) and they definatly have some quality genetics.I cant hardly wait ,I feel like a kid at x-mas.

a couple of my plants flowers are very stretchy and sparse they are not filling in either.
any one know what causes this,or is it poor genetics??

If I didn't see that HID bulb in the pictures I would swear you were using weak lighting far away from the plant.

But I can see it and it is close to the plant.

Was the light that close the whole life of those plants?

It looks like a sativa that would be better off outdoors, .

You will still get some nice tasties off them though.

Try again and hope for the best.

It doesn't look like they were topped. If you topped them, they would have been shorter and bushier. But looks like you just have sativa. But the think about this, yes there might be big gaps, but those gaps will fill with some nice big buds. Keep up the grow, can't wait to see it flower.
