all my budz look similar

does foxfarm ocean forest have an outcome on how the buds look???? i just finished up some white russian fem'd from serious seeds. 2 diff pheno types. but the white widow dominant looks exactly like a past bag seed i had. is this the fox farm or coincidence? anyone else have similiar looking buds all the time???? only ones that really came out different are really strong indicas....even the ak dominant white russian came out lookn different. i hope this looks fully done.


my camera is m.i.a. so i found pix that are IDENTICAL.....my ak dominant u can tell by the orange.

let me know whats up and if im alone in this? i feel like my buds dont compact...maybe i should add some gravity????

what size light are you using? I think that would have more impact on what a bud looks like then the soil. Did you use nutes?

What kinda lights are you using? This only concerns the density of your buds. As far as the soil affecting it, nope. Weed is weed, and with so many different strains, there are thousands that share the same characteristics.

using a 400 watt hps....all thru the grow.....yeah used nutes.

botanicare veg

foxfarm tigerbloom + botanicare sweetner + molasses towards end of flowering. last week n half flushed with just water.

i think you may be right.....but its a 400 watt hps light

this is the light im using... 400 watt hps. would this work differently then an actual grow lamp? i was under the impression its the same shit?

I see a 'naner in pic 2 .... otherwise, they look different to me, dont see what you're talking about.

im using the same thing and its working well, so yeah its fine. The only difference is that mines a switchable ballast and im only in veg now so im running a MH. i can't say how good/much the actual Product is gonna be as i havent flowered with the thing, But im hoping for good things.

i as well see 2 differnt strains buddy, iam not exactly sure what you are getting at either (i guess they both have red hairs? lol).

if you looked at my 3 plants, i have the exact opposite of your 'situation' going on. all 3 seedlings out of the same bag of quality smoke (it wasn't premo genetics, but it was by no means shwag) and all 3 couldn't look or grow any more different than each other. my avatar is a pic of the healthiest, biggest, most vigorous of the plants, but has barely any trichomes yet, and is dense as all hell, taking its time to mature. another is so frosty its like a coat of fresh snow, relatively dense nugs, but a darker green and more defined calyx's. even more different is the third, or the 'runt' of the litter. fluffier nugs, very late trichome production, and super long hairs (where the hairs on the other 2 were only average). iam thinking its all based on that roll of the 'genetic dice' when the seeds are formed, much like in a human.

it has something to do with light but it also depends on the strain...i grew some mk ultra rock solid buds growing some some of dr Greenthumbs 747's this round under the same light and the buds are a lot more fluffy...I know light loses intesity but its only the second cycle so i should still be good...

i was thinkin i prolly jus harvested too early........kinda airy buds. but i have had solid indicas in the past.......im pretty sure i fucked up n choppd too early....damn. i was on a time limit.....i should still be nicely baked right??? just prolly 1 week too early. it gots a decent taste....the high is a creeper . im still curing...just started 2 days ago actually n the stem is still bendy....im going for a squishy texture... i hate crusty buds
