is harvest imminent, or do you think i have one to two weeks left? how would you expect them to change between now and then? leaves are getting really yellow, and falling off left and right, starting from the bottoms.

pics 1-3 top, body, and full colla shot of bertha

pic 4 close-up of bud trichs looking pretty milky... this isn't a pic under the rs scope, but i've looked through that, too- looking cloudy.

pic 5 middle shot of both bertha (left) and minnie (right)

yea it looks like the can stand another 2 weeks, are you using any molasass? Are the trinchs amber & milky. Usually the leaves are snowier, i dont know if its the strain or you need more time. IMO 2 more weeks at least...

Mine is doing the same thing. I checked the trichomes and they are still clear with only a few cloudy, but I am dropping some leaves. Yours look like they could still go another week and dense up, but I dont know what strain you are growing. Mine just started week 9, and I think they will see week 10 for sure. Yours look very yummy by the way!!!

this is two different strains of bagweed, nothing special, the original weed i smoked wasn't extremely potent... i'm guessing that's why it's not snowing on top of the girls much. just figured it'd be a good experiment before investing in good genetics.

i haven't been using molasses... i've read some different opinions about using it. do you think i should?

there are no amber trichomes that i have found, just cloudy/milky so far...

thanks  i think i'll push harvest as long as i can. minnie, the one on the right, was definitely a runt, a neglected baby that sat in a small pot for all of veg, just cause i didn't have an extra big pot on hand... figures it would turn out to be one of two females from 9 original plants :-|
but that's bagseed for ya lol

man, i don't know how i'm gonna be able to wait it out lol... thanks for checking in! i guess they'll keep growing, as long as the buds are green, even if the fan leaves fall off, i just have no idea. i wonder, if they had to go another 2 weeks, if i should give them some nutes with the next watering... i mean, they're only in cocosubstrate... no nutrition in that! what do you thonk lolol wiw u'm stined oned unk

wow they got real beefy looks great. if you have some real dead looking leaves that are just gone remove them by hand. give it a slight tug it will pop right off. kinda like giving her a hair cut.

extremely stoned right now

Same situation here nearly I have a huge pure sativa on my Terrace, I don't know maybe 12'-14' high leaves falling off all over the place. I reckon I am on about week 7 and it could take 11 weeks / shudder trimming will be easy :)

Does the bud continue to develop at a steady rate, or is it slowed down by the leaves dropping? Mine is doing the same thing. half way through week 9 in flowering and I still have mostly clear trichomes.

i've been trying to figure this out, and i think what is happening is this: plants are nitrogen deficient, so the leaves are going yellow because the plant is pouring all of its energy into new bud leaves, and it's not getting enough nutrients from feeding, since i'm only giving plain water right now... so, the plants have been tapping into
their reserve nutes stored in the leaves in order to keep growing the buds at the rate they want, because the coco fiber has no nutes to contribute. not necesarilly a problem, except when you're losing lots of leaves but have weeks to go, they're gonna run out of leaves to cannibalize, and then i imagine bud development grinds to a halt ...
