alot of white bugs

Ok. I left for the weekend and came home to see my pots filled with white spots, at one point i was thinking cause of the holes i drill but after a good look there moveing . They look like withe point that root come out if your soil is low.

Don't use neem in the soil, can hurt the plant (at lest if did when I did). Probably roo aphids, I had them. Almost impossible to see then you just notice a white dot moving on the pot in the soil. The little bastards eat your roots. Get Botanigard 22WP. 2 table spoons per gallon (4 liters) use every watering for three to 4 waterings and they should be dead. Very safe to use. It's a bacteria that eats them and is safe for plants and us. You can also use it as a spray every 3 - 5 days. Works great for root aphids in soil, and thrips, white flies, mites. Really good stuff.
