everyone gets fired from netflix before too long. i held on a little longer than most and got a little further up the ladder, but there is a reason they are categorized as a "hostile employer".

way to refute my source by the way.

state of oregon deems netflix to be a hostile work environment. don't take my word for it, look it up yourself. high turnover, forced attrition, constructive discharges, demanding metrics to meet, and the like. there's a reason why i got such a good severance in exchange for my hush hush.

there were less than five people who worked there when i started who were still there when i left.

and did USA today fuck up their numbers somehow? do you have any actual rebuttal to their facts?
