yep, my heart rate went up after....it used to be around 80 now it's up to 100 so it's on that verge as it were. My Mrs has been battling with me to go to the Dr to get at least check out and make sure things are ok, i keep telling her i'm fine but there are times when i'm just worn out, more like exhausted. I took a beating, i still hear the little bastards too.....like this morning going for taco's walked to my truck and sure enough there is one flying around me...again....

yes i did all 622 stingers, of course i did get hit over 1k times overall.......
and don't worry she's starting to get back up now with the step daughters.....and the stepson...i had a convo with one of the daughters last night...that was a treat

some yes, we had 77 day of over 100, now we are 119 day of over 90....supposed mother nature is gonna surprise us with a cool front this weekend....i got my fingers crossed we'll have a nice weekend......
