Any advice 4 different strains bubblebonics system?

OK. So I'm 3 weeks from seed into the growth stage. Using "bubbleponics" and 4 different strains to see which has the highest success rate.

Here's the facts:

Enclosure is 2x4x6
Clay pellets medium.
Using GH 3 step process.
1st week 1/4 2nd week 1/2 Nutes.
1/2 strength nutes at this time.
GH pH down.
Distilled Water.
pH of 6.0(ish) (shitty old school meter).
Duel Air stones.
GrowBright 2 Foot 6 Lamp High Output T5 With 2 Grow/2 Bloom Bulbs.
Mylar wall-to-wall

Temps
: Day: 73-79 Degrees
Night: 68 Degrees

Humidity: 35%-40%

Ice - Looking healthy, 2nd fan leaves started but first look somewhat yellowish. But the new ones look great.

Crystal - First leaves looked really bad. 2nd set look like they are midgets. Not crispy but really really really tiny!

Afghan Homegrown - Looks AMAZING. best looking baby of the bunch. GREAT 1st and 2nd set of leaves.

White Widow x's 2. - Both look pretty good. one is thriving more then the other.

Couple of Q's:
Should I be at 1/2 starting the 3rd week?
What happens if I accidentally break off a root to one of the plants?
Why is my Crystal a midget?!

I'm looking for any advice at this time.

Thanks.

Bump for any + or - advice...I will + rep ya =) 1st grow and A LOT invested. Don't want to make a minor mistake and loose everything. I will be investing in a PPH meter soon. If anyone has any advice on where to get one for starters please post a link.

I'd start 1/4 nutes and work up. Leave the pumps/air stone 24/7. Try to veg at least 4 weeks for maximum yield. Change the res 1-2 time during veg, I don't charge flowering res until flush. Also, keep the lights a distance at first then keep them close slowly raising, T5's are great but keep them close as possible without burning.

I would let the humidity come up a bit between 60 to 70 percent for the rest of veg. Mist the plants with your distilled water as needed. This will help with humidity too. Make sure your water level is reaching the roots. If not you will need to help them until the roots are longer and can get the water and nutes they need.

When you add nutrients are you emptying the entire system and making new? Or are you adding to the water thats there? Mixing your nutrient solution the right way is very important. You can end up getting nutrient lock and the plants suffer. GH has a good PH balanced system its pretty hard to mess up as long as you follow the directions. If you aren't sure I would just make new solution each time.

You might consider putting a dome over the Crystal to help her out. Hope it helps. +Rep

It's a 10 gallon with 6.5 in the res. I was going to use just 4 but for shits and giggles I threw a WW seed straight into rockwool and the bastard grew! So I had to cut another hole out and add the 5th plant to the setup. There is a pump with feeder tubes inside. The roots all reach the res. I've emptied the res twice now. Once for the 2nd week change and just today because I accidently added BLOOM instead of pH UP to my "adding to water" and didn't want to burn my plants to death. Roseman gave me most of the ideas I ended up using. Great person for advice!
