Looks like you're giving it too much water. Remember. It's only tiny. It can only drink a little bit at this stage.

Don't worry too much. I did the same thing. I'm near the end of my first run.

Yes looks like overwatering. The soil looks too dense and compact. The soil should have atleast 30% perlite In it. Does that container have drain holes in bottom?

Ok I looked up that soil it has 3 major issues imho.
1.feeds for 3months so its probably a little to nute rich for them.
2. Soils holds way too much moisture. (No perlite in theren
3. It specifically say it keeps soil ph low. So to counter that you would have to ammend it with dolomite lime.
