any advices / help

if any one could help me out here the advice would be great i just hope im putting this in the right place, yesterday and today i ran in to this maybe three days now, thank you..

Info on pH, temps, watering, nutes, lights, etc?

They look overnuted.

And your leaves are tacoing.

Maybe mag deficient, or humidity, heat, and/or light intensity is too hot/dry/bright.

running t5's and did pull them up some , nutes i am using right now is full line of soul, hum is 46 temp about 77..

It's not really showing claws.

That's true but to me the indicating factor would be how dark the leaves are

They might show some clawing with the lights on too

That is pretty fair, I suppose.

NO CLAW'S AT ALL, light is on in them pics, i think it was the heat cause it has not gotten to any other leaves will post a few pic's to night thank you all...
