Can't tell where you're from, TD Bank debit cards can be used online just like a Visa card. You just go through a normal transaction and select Visa as the payment card, then type in your debit card info and it takes the money straight from your checking account. They're in Canada of course but they also have branches throughout the US, just not sure if they provide these debit cards in the US. I never use it for seed sites as I have a MC just for these "questionable" transactions and there's another layer of security + refund/reverse transaction support with credit cards. When/if possible I also use Paypal which can take the money straight from my checking account or credit cards. Paypal provides yet another layer of security, particularly for these sort of "questionable" transactions (some of these seed sites are pretty cheesy and probably have questionable security practices).
