What date you you filp to 12/12? Is that the same date you started counting flowering days? If it is, you have probably only been flowering for 8-8 1/2 weeks because you should only start counting flowering days when you first see a white pistil, not on the day you flip. Since you didn't give those dates, I am just throwing out some info. Nice looking buds !!!!

When the white hairs have receded....
I'd say "Weeks" away.... from the looks of your Tric's and the frostiest of the bud...

Some strains (esp sativas) will constantly throw new stigma as long as the plant is alive. If you wait until they are all brown, you may be waiting forever.

I would cut a sample bud, dry it properly and smoke it. Sometimes this is the only way to judge a strain like this.

Weeks and not days. I would be looking at max of 4 weeks. There comes a point with Sativas where I just pull them down . 3 mths should be enough for any plant. Those who say you have to go that extra few weeks for flavor. I say to them this. if the plant can finish in 10-13 weeks all well and good. I am not going to sit and watch week after week to see if it is done. I am the master of my garden. I decide when lights go on and off. I decide when the plants need nutes. I decide when to pull them down.

After 5 grows with Sat dom , I got sick and tired of waiting and waiting for them to finish. It was proving a lot of anxiety and stress just looking for bud development at 6 weeks when other strains were getting to finish. Sat dom are not for me regardless of smoke quality.

A lot of pure strain land race sativas don't tend to show trichomes like an indica. Completely different animal, apples and oranges. The can also take quite awhile to finish up. (this plant doesn't look like a pure staiva, could be sativa dominant though)

I've just harvested a couple of sativa-dom plants (dinafem's original amnesia) and each went over 12 weeks before I chopped 'em....even though the trich's told me I had a ways to go. The weed ended up being amazing even if I cut too soon. So my advice is to wait as long as your patience holds up, then add a week...then chop.
