Any tips to make my fans more quiet?

So I just got my pc fan installed and it loud when i shut the cabinet. The fan first was a little loose when I installed it so i tightened it up and now there is a less vibration, but it is still pretty loud. Does anyone have any other tips for making it any quieter. Any tips would be much appreciated.

I bought a 10cm fan abode, took off the front safeguard and made a 15cmx15xmx15cm and placed it inside. It still makes noise but it did lessen the noise level. If you good with wood, then make two boxes so you can place a box inside a box and insulate the inside with foam or something to keep the noise level down much more.

You can't really negate the noise level completely.

Make rubber grommets to place in between the fan and the wall to reduce vibrations.wrap ducting if there is any with thermosheild or something similar to thicken up the ducting and to dampin sound.thicken up the walls somehow. Seal up any cracks

You need some type of fan speed controller. They work wonders.
