Just wondering if there are any duck hunters on here. You know "QUACK ADDICTS"? I personally love sitting in the duck boat on the river sharing a couple tokes with your best hunting buddies while you watch the sunrise.

:weed: "I don't always duck hunt....but when I..., wait yes I do.:weed:

Oh yea, I'm a waterfowl junkie!!! Ducks are my thing, but still look forward to early goose seasons! I have 3 dogs that I alternate throughout the season(wirehairs).I think duck gets a bad rap because most over cook it! Crispy skin and medium medium rare..(it's a fowl not poultry) early in the year blue wings are tough to beat! Later fat mallards for roasting and my personal favorite eating bird the Canvasback.

Awesome guys glad to hear it!

I love to eat and shoot ducks and geese, early goose season is only 2.5 months away, got to start reflocking decoys. I love marinating them in soy, tereyaki, or whorcheshire based marinades for about 24 hours, then wrap in bacon and grill in small 1 inch chunks. THE BOMB!

We love to marinate and freeze duck and deer tenderloin and cook in the boat when we can.

I also love to deer hunt, turkey hunt, morel mushroom hunt, and do a little noodling for flatheads when the creeks are lower.

Are those goose legs? Never tried that but may have too it looks delicious.

I hate plucking birds but that there looks damn good.
Not really sure, got it off some thai site featuring fowl recipes~ it could be goose/duck :) Yea, it is a pain plucking feathers, but the end result is worth it~
