Just happened over the last 3 or 4 days in my veg tent.... definitely not bleaching... lights aren't that strong and nowhere near the plant...probably 16" away...
It's an otherwise seemingly healthy clone I took from one of Sannie's Jackberry x mad scientist freebies... the mother had no such issues... doing a little lst but I'd say the plant is pretty much stress free as best as i can tell??? Still very healthy and thriving... for now anyway...lol~

are you using led lights if not then it could be
copper
A deficiency in this type of element will
produce necrosis in young leaves. This will also cause the leaves to
turn a copper-like or bluish gray color at the tips. New growth can
also be affected when flowers start to appear. So, you may get limp
leaves, flowers, and other plant parts if copper is in short supply.
Because copper is so important for reproduction and maturity, you’re going to want to give
the plant something that will replenish the copper. Copper fungicides can help readjust the
copper levels in the soil.

Probably potasium

dont know if its cause of ph or what but thats my guess

I did look into that... but can't find any pics even remotely close to what's going on with mine.... it's very strange... plant is acting healthy in all respects... other plants in the same tent getting the same treatment... water, soil etc are fine

Solution to fixing a Zinc deficiency
Any Chemical/Organic nutrients that have potassium in them will fix a Zinc deficiency. (Only mixing at ½ strength when using chemical nutrients or it will cause nutrient burn!)
And any of the following nutrients will fix a zinc deficiency: Zinc sulfate, zinc chelated, or zinc oxides are adequate fertilizer sources for zinc. Or you can bury galvanized nails in the soil. (Make sure you take off the sharp point at the end to prevent roots from being damaged) Garden Manure, which is slow acting. Greensands, Cottonseed Meal are both medium/slow absorption as well.

Now if you added to much chemical nutrients and or organics,( which is hard to burn your plants when using organics) You need to Flush the soil with plain water. You need to use 2 times as much water as the size of the pot, for example: If you have a 5 gallon pot and need to flush it, you need to use 10 gallons of water to rinse out the soil good enough to get rid of excessive nutrients.

Picture 1 is a zinc deficiencies in vegetative growth.

This is from https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688. Your leaves look similar.

Good luck.

Haven't added any nutes at all... just whats included in the fox farm soil... and although that picture is close... the affected area on my leaves is not lime green... it's literally white... and only on the new growth... the entire plant looks fine except for the new shoots.... very odd
