I HAVE USED THIS WEBSITE/STORE MANY TIMES IN THE PAST WITH NO ISSUES. THEY ACTUALLY HAD THE BEST PRICES ON MANY ITEMS BUT WERE NOTORIOUS FOR NOT HAVING LISTED ITEMS IN STOCK.

I HAD TO RETURN A ORBITAL EXTREME FAN FOR EITHER A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. I SENT IT IN LATE JUNE, IT WAS RECEIVED AND SIGNED FOR BY SOMEONE AT THE STORE JULY 2ND
. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM SINCE.
THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES, RETURN CALL MESSAGES OR EMAILS.

ANYONE KNOW THIS PLACE AND WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THEM? THE WEBSITE HAS HAD THE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE BANNER ON IT SINCE THE JULY 4TH WEEKEND OR SO.

AM I FUCKED OR DOES SOMEONE KNOW SOMETHING I DON'T?

You talking about The CAP xtreme oscillating fans?

They must have been online-based and dropshipping from CAP, aka R&M Supply. That company (R&M) is very poorly run, and always have a large portion of their items out of stock. So I totally hear you on that listed items out of stock thing. Don't blame your retailers for this because they don't know about it until they forward the orders to R&M.

Anyways, R&M tried to butt fuck online retailers on dropshipping policies, and it's possible they went under. Online retail in this market it really competitive and companies arent making very big margins to begin with.

You could try giving R&M a call and inquiring.

Hope this helps. If you need a new store, try RasaHydroponics.com They were formerly EZHydro. Finally got a brick and mortar store and a better wholesaler.

R&M sucks. I went threw 6 for those fans in 5 months. Getting a RMA from them was a bitch. Happy to see sunlight is now caring a figur 8 fan now.

Let's see here. The web site is "Down for Maintenance" and apparently not back up yet making their "60% Off Everything Summer Clearance Sale" impossible to take advantage of.

They went tits up? Just a cynical guess from an old coot.

Is this the contact? Listed on Yelp.

"Better Grow Hydro, listed under "Hydroponics - Equipment & Supplies" category, is located at 5623 E Washington Blvd Los Angeles CA, 90040 and can be reached by (323)510-2704 phone number."

If we are or are not talking about the same fan the one I had definitely sucked. It didn't really have the full figure 8 movement and I could never get it locked into a position high enough so the air was blowing over the tops of my girl instead it ran right at them. Maybe the loss is a good thing.,

That would be it hotrod. Washington Blvd runs through Pasadena. I concur with you, I think tits up they went.

Agreed. But honestly, if I could of got mine to run as nice as the one in the video up on youtube, monstergardens I think, I would of loved it, but it ran nothing like the one in the video.
Any suggestion on a good brand of fan. Are there any specialty canopy fans like the orbital or should I just go with a basic osculating fan? Sunlight figure 8 fan? I'm gonna take a look.

Sunlight. I have had the basic wall mounts for over a year. Running non stop and not a problem yet. But they just came out with there version of the fan you had from CrAP.

Can't find it on there site but it's in the catalog. Item no. 736565. Hurricane super 8 wall mount fan. And this one looks like it aims above 90 degrees.

Ya I couldn't find that fan, thanks for the item number, should be able to find it now. But I think I may just stick with the basic wall mount fan like you said. My flower is only about 5x7x7 1/2 high so a small basic 16" should work for what I need. If that hurricane fan gets me hard and it isn't too overpriced I may do that instead.
Knowing my luck that Orbital will show up on my front door the day after I buy a new one.

Their retail store is on Colorado Blvd and was there a few weeks ago when I last went in. I did notice that the shelves were a bit bare, though.

Colorado! Yes. I don't know where the fuck I got Washington from.

The site is still down, no returned calls. I've given up and accepted I've been ripped. Grabbed a new air king 16 "osculating fan for 50, works better IMO.
