Anybody Know What's Up With These Leaves?

My LSD plant isn't doing so hot, the leaves keep getting worse. It's happening pretty slowly but I have no idea whats going on and figured I'd ask you guys just to be sure. I might be completely wrong but I was thinking I need calmag, would this fix this?

I basically have a hempy bucket with no res because when I mixed the perlite into my soil I was completely fucked up so I added wayyyyy too much. I've been feeding veg ferts even though it's in flower so all I was really worrying about was N abundance/overdose but this doesn't look like that to me.

The ph of waterings/feeds is wrong.

Shit, that sucks. I don't have a ph meter so I've just been doing 1/2 teaspoon per gallon.

See that's what I was thinking but I'm feeding twice as much as it says on the box but like I said I'm basically running a hempy bucket with no res at the bottom so my pots don't hold much of the nutrient solution. I've been doing about a teaspoon of MG tomato plant food per gallon about every week, I water about every 2-3 days. I didn't really wanna up the feeds because I thought I may have been feeding too much and didn't wanna drop a nutrient bomb on em haha.
