Anyone call you a pot-head?

I have never smoked weed until the last couple of months. Now some of my friends call me a "pot-head". It doesnt really bug me that much, but it does make me sound like a loser in a way.

Anyone else feel the same?

loads of people call me a pot head dont bother me at all, all i say is, "ever tried it, nor, well then dont knock it till you try it"
most of them have tried it and now they all pot heads themselves lol
When you spending a lot a week then you know you are a proper pot head lol
this last 2 weeks i have bought a half ounce and two quarters and im sure i bought a £20 bag, not sure, you see when you smoke as much as i do you tend to forget things regularly lmao

i got laid off from my job after like 10 years of working there, then i had a chance to come back but i had to talk to a new boss whom was never there when i worked there in the past..
dude went around asking people what kind of person i was and when i came in for my interview he told me that some people had said i was a hip hop kind of guy.. i laughed my ass off at that one as wtf exactly is a hip hop kind of guy?? granted, i have the booming system in my car and of course i like to get high everyday, and i wear baggy clothes, but i always considered myself more of the skate rad variety and not so much hip hop..lmao..
sorry to go off topic, but i found it amusing, and it just goes to show what some people may think of you and how far off base it really is..

When someone calls me a pot-head I take it as a compliment

Noone knows me enough to call me anything But to me, pot-head is supposed to be derogatory, like calling someone an alchy.

I get a bad vibe off the term.

I'm usually referred to as 'that stoner wolfgirl'.

back in the school days my friends dad would call us both potheads. "you potheads want pizza?" "what are you potheads going to do today?" I walk into my friends house "whats up mr.____?" "HEY POTHEAD!" it was all in good fun though. plus all of my friends had cool parents so there was never any sneaking around, good times every weekend.

but if some random person called me a pothead I would feel disrespected, that term just doesn't sit right with me.

My red neck buddies use the term "Pot Head" and it is disrespectful when they use it. They don't smoke weed because they would forget to drink and they love drinking. When they use the word around me they are very quick to soften what they were saying and never call me a Pothead. I would drive my 4x4 through their fucking house if they did, fuck their girlfriend and take their dog. Kind of strange they do like shrooms big time LOL

But that was 35 years ago in Nam and i was holding a M16 sitting next to my loaded 50 cal.

Well I don't mind it if anything being known as a pothead gives you connection. But if they call me a pothead as an insult I call them a little bitch.
