I guess this is what the 2012 prop is gonna look like.
I wonder what the consensus will be. Looks really good to me. Gives medicinal patients more benefits in certain counties, (not mine, but whatever) and has much more generous "restrictions..." allowances sounds way better. Going from zero to anything really shouldn't be considered a restriction.

Not that I have any outstanding mj charges, but I really like the fact that this expunges all previous mj misdemeanors in CA.

Edit: Though this still doesn't apply to me, the initiative states that it will increase the minimum amount of plants that could be grown to 25 for all medical growers, regardless of prior county restrictions! That's handy, just in case cops try to be dicks about plant limits.
