I know of a person who has made a canna-lotion, and it gets you pretty damn stoned. Also lip-balm and soaps. Thc can deff. be absorbed... not from buds on a plant tho

if you smoke the yummy stickey stuff on your scissors then yes, you can get high

You can get high through the thc being on your skin, if the THC is activated. Of course, if the THC were activated, you would not be trimming down your plants, as they would be a pile of mush.
The transdermal delivery patches have already been patented, so good luck with that.
In short though, no- trimming, touching, squeeeezing the plant or it's flowers will not get you high.
