I think your really going to struggle to get that information. It costs a ton of cash to get all the plans and documentation done so very few are going to want to then share that out for free.

if you're looking to do something in CA on a medium/larger scale, you're going to need a ton of cash, patience, and time. you first need to figure out how much you guys have to invest and where you'd like to be (probably depends more on local reg's than your preference).

Everyone and their mom has the same idea out here right now and cities are handling it in a variety of ways.

However, you will need to pay and dig for the info you need because its not easy to find. No yellow brick road here yet. Whoever franchises a cannabis biz first will be rich as fuck tho!

Honestly man, that is an enormous kind of project. There are very few people that actually have experience running things at such a large scale because it's a lot more difficult than it sounds. Proper cooling/venting for a warehouse that size is an entirely different ball game to a mid-sized operation. A warehouse grow isn't something that you can exactly find a step by step process for like growing in a tent.

It all depends entirely on your situation because pretty much everyone's varies. I'm not trying to be an ass and please don't take this the wrong way, but if you can't figure out how to even start/optimize a large scale operation you should avoid it entirely and just start smaller. Many people make the mistake of going too big, and when things go wrong it's on a much larger scale. Knew a guy that had a system with 90 plants, some of the greatest quality herb I've had the pleasure of getting my hands on. But then he expanded to a 500 plant operation. He wasn't getting the same results that he was before with 90, but because he had a 500 plant operation that meant the monthly costs were much higher than normal. He didn't make it more than a year.

If you guys don't take the time to spend days upon weeks to plan things out and do your due diligence then you could end up wasting a good opportunity. I would start smaller and then gradually work your way up to the warehouse grow, you could even do multiple grows in separate smaller locations to cover the same amount of square footage. Again, not trying to be an asshole and rain on your parade, but if you guys can't figure out a business plan before getting things started then you have a much higher risk for failure. McDonalds didn't start with hundreds of restaurants at a time, and Coca Cola didn't begin nationwide production when they first started either, they all started small and used the proceeds of their success to expand.

You have an amazing opportunity in front of you though, take the extra time to plan out every single last detail and make a name for yourselves in the meantime. Then, once you've gained a reputation and more capital you can get your warehouse grow going much easier. Wishing you the best my man, now get yourself a pen and a notebook and start planning :D

I actually agree with everything written above. I simply wanted to compare other plans that people were doodling with or thinking about. I have my own plan and information but gathering additional data and ideas is something I like to do.

coming from a farming background, concrete slab, professional greenhouses is what I am planning...Ide be curious to see what people were thinking about for warehouses. 22k sq ft canopy must mean you need nearly a 30k sq ft warehouse etc.

Honestly, if you have the experience to make something like this happen you should be fine with planning things on your own for the most part. Sure it's always nice to get ideas from other growers, but there are so many different ways to get a warehouse grow going that are all unique to their own respective situations.

A warehouse is such an enormous operation that I personally wouldn't even know where to begin. Some people build a grip of rooms inside the warehouse, others just do an open grow using the entire warehouse. I've only seen a handful of warehouse grows myself, but not a single one was the same. I don't know the specifics for your situation like you do, but if it were me I'd just grab a pen and paper and start jotting down ideas/plans until I found one that was worth the time and effort of refining and perfecting. It sounds like you also know your stuff, so I'm sure you would be able to get something to work if you have the time to sit down and get it near perfect on paper. I wish I could help more, but honestly I don't think there are very many people on any of these forums that have experience running something at such a massive scale. Although you might be able to find some videos on Youtube, and instagram might even provide a handful of photos as some warehouse ops have Instagram and/or Youtube profiles.

Sorry I can't help more, although I am very much interested to see what it is you guys come up with. That is an enormous project and people that are able to execute it properly more than earn everything that comes their way, lot of hard work and dedication involved. Best of luck on your venture my man.
