Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Hey ya'll. Seems like I may have a couple problems here just want to see what ya'll have to say. Looks like I have some bugs on a couple and maybe nute burn on the others? Ignore some of the random burns on the tips on some that's mostly due to them growing into the lights early on.

Also any suggestions as to when they may be done?

Can't answer what the problem is, maybe someone else can but you still have some time to go before harvest, maybe 4 to 5 weeks, could take longer.
