Anyone have experience with catnip?

You should split the plant in half and stick half outside in the ground under full sun. It'll grow like crazy.

im gonna, im going to plant it by where we burried my old cat cause he loved the nip.

My old cat is buried in the cat nip patch. He loved the nip patch, I put it there for him. When he died, I took the nip out and put him in with the nip on top. Now he's always in the nip. I think he'd have wanted it that way.

You will have cat orgies in that yard in no time!

Nah, I've grown nip in my yard for over 10 years and I don't get cats in the yard that don't belong.

Maybe the dogs have something to do with that.

i've grown some "cosmic kitty herbs" a seed packet with barley and wheat grass grow it by their food dish, its good for the indigestion

But im not a big fan of cats, but what the fuck is catnip? does it like get them high? do they eat it or what? Reading this when your off your face was too funny! Cat dope? and i thought it was just a herb until i saw pictures of cats and its actually for cats.....im like wtf???

Yea. My cats LOVE to catnip trip. All of my cats didn't get into it till they were 1 1/2 or 2 years old. Just seems like my kitten stares at my other cat like, wtf is going on ur crazy!

FYI, an interesting note: before discovering actual tea, the British drank catmint/catnip infusion as their main hot sippable beverage. Mix it with chamomile and have a lovely, calming, tasty treat. Chamomile tastes like apples, and catnip tastes a bit minty/lemony. Mmmm...
