Anyone have experience with Grodan Crutons!?!?

I got a sample bag of grodan crutons and just through them in a pot and then stuck an oasis cube in it with a seedling growing and I am going to see what happens.

I like them for my ebb and flow buckets easy to mix with other mediums like coco the ph is high like rockwool so buy something to drop it
