richard mantell? i have an appointment next week and i want to know if he has good feedback. and what should i take with me? what should i expect. and i plan to go 1st then my parents and we plan to grow it our selfs is there a limit per household or anything like that? thanks in advance. and im in san bernardino county if that makes a differance.
