Anyone have/used a Volcano Vaporizer?

I'v not tried the portable volcano but the Extreme vape (for 1/3 the cost) gives you the bag, vape on demand, & you can get (or make) an optional battery pack for travel. And for all U Techies :cuss: It comes with a wireless remote control...
:fire:
I have tried the volcano (and it is really nice:-P) but my extreme, although a bit slower, provides me with the same thing for way less. And the extreme will shut down by itself when (not if) you get so toasted that you forget to turn it off rather than running all day or night so its truly :leaf: GREEN and safe.

Just came across this. I bought the volcano last week and its awesome. Don't think I'll go back to smoking, maybe for special occasions.

Just harvested LA Confidential and Blue Widow, it taste so damn good in the vape. What setting do you use on your volcano? I've been experimenting between 5.5 and just under 7.

2-3 bags and I'm good for a few hours

I owned the Volcano for 2+ years. It is the best vaporizer on the market, however the cost to maintain it simply isn't worth it. You have to pay $70 for 6 replacement bags. That is if you have the easy valve system. I can't stand the solid valve system because it leaks. The catch to owning a volcano and easy valve system is they make it so you have to buy the professionally made bags. If you try to do it yourself, they simply don't work as well. They really go out of their way to make it so you have to consistently buy the replacement bags. I ended up selling mine because like I said was tired of spending more on bags than the actual vaporizer itself. I also prefer hitting out of a nice bong than a bag...

As I said, I would hit a nice bong over any other smoking device. If you are going to buy a vaporizer, I suggest a vapor brothers. They are relatively cheap, easy to clean and last a long time. I have never heard about a vapor brothers or a volcano breaking.

The volcano is definitely a break through in smoking. It's a great idea, I feel they need to work on it a bit more before I would make it my smoking tool of choice. Make a way to vaporize other than inhaling out of a bag.

I agree with this basically, I've hit a volcano once, was pretty good but I won't be spending crap loads of money on something just to get high (basically). I love the look of a really good bong, its such an amazing feeling just having a really sexy bong and knowing you can hit that whenever you want. Its a much more satisfying feeling than toking from a bag.

You can get turkey oven bags for cheap and they are the same as the official volcano bags.

Volcanos are great and deliver the exact same results every time, for years and years. They really get you wasted off the smallest amounts. The price is prohibitive. If you can find one gently used I highly recommend it. Otherwise there are a number of cheaper vaporizers that perform just as well. After owning a Volcano for a few years I'd say it's an excellent investment if you're a daily smoker. The thing's built like a tank :)

i own a volcano and yeah when my bags are dead i just switch them out with any bag ive used garbage bags and oven bags and they both seem to work the same. but on vapes my personal favorite currently is the NO2 its a little hand held vape that is portable and you can either use the bags or the straw. and its so small you can put it in an empty clean drink cup and walk around with it with the tube sticking out the straw hole on the lid and people dont seem to ever notice.

I been using the volcano since it has been availble for our use :)

They redesigned the solid valves.. used to be 2 ruber O rings.. now its 1 and a clamping device.

Get the solid valve not the easy valve... I get 4 boxes of the german roasting bags for $15 -20.... you get 3 meters of a bag in each box

I make 3 ft bags & get 3 from a box... thats 12 bags....almost enough for the entire year...You can make the bag any size you want to

I have to change the bag and clean my valve every 3-4 weeks

In my opinion, as I've owned a volcano then sold the beast, was the bag system is kinda gay for SOLO use, i mean, one head. I was able to modify the valve to accept a hose, and I just fed that right to my face on a half a meter of flexible custom whip

thats the beauty..........you use the bag like smoking a spliff............you dont have to stay glued to the vape......

I just found a brand-new Volcano for $350 with free shipping.Has anyone ever heard of this outfit or, even better, transacted business with them?
