I just had my 10th pump quit on me lastnight. I was absolutely fucking livid when I found out it stopped. I have yet to have a pump last longer than a month. They are all Danner Supreme #5 pumps.
I bought a batch of 4 pumps a while ago, and one by one they quit daily so I sent them back to the shop and they sent me new ones saying they had never seen this before. So one by one, those new pumps quit as well. Phoned the shop completely pissed off and they said there was a recall on these pumps with a certain manufacturing date. Ok, I can deal with that, so I sent them the 4 pumps and they send me 4 new pumps again, but with an 09 manufacturing date on them. 3 days ago one of them quit, and last night another one of the 09 batch ones quit.
If I could find my receipt I would exchange them for Eco-Plus pumps in a heartbeat.
Has anyone else been dealing with this horseshit at all?
