Anyone hear of (ecoflow cloner) ?

There is this website called (www.modularhydro.com) and they have a product called "ecoflow micro DWC cloner" it used 1.5 QT of water . Anyone l ow if this works or not .

I have one of those. Bought it on ebay for $16. It was so cheap I couldn't pass it up even if it didn't work. My clones rooted no earlier than 13 days, but I did have 100% success rate with it. After they rooted i'd drop 250ppm starter nutes and veg them for a week or 2. It worked, but didn't work nearly as fast as my dome/heatmat/rapid rooters.

I have one also haven't used it yet. Can I grow herbs in it till full growth . And can I germinate seed in this ? I use rapid rooters.
