i'm pretty baked and watching the new episode right now and i must say, i fucking love this show, but unfortunately it looks like it will be cancelled or not renewed for another season since it was moved to the friday last chance time slot. but i'm sure the scifi channel will pick Fringe up if Fox drops it. it has fallen off a bit this season, the first 2 seasons were incredible, but its still a great show. but complex scifi shows dont seem to do too well, just like FlashFoward...great show that didnt get a second season....the network fucked up there though, if Flash Forward was still on now with all these mass animal die-offs, it would be the most popular show around.

Right now Fringe is my favorite show. I love Walter on there as well as the deep story. I will always have love for Fringe, canceled or not it is a great show that deserves 2 more seasons.

good to see some other followers. ive watched every episode at least 3 times, i record them and then watch it a few times throughout the week.

walter is also my favorite character, very funny. lmao at the lsd and worms. the crazy thing is, back in the day, they really did give lsd to worms...and pretty much every other living thing. tonight he was stoned and injecting himself with something to make him smarter, gotta love it. i really love all the "impossible" and theoretical science on there though, the more out there the better is what i always say when it comes to sci-fi.

how about stargate universe? im pretty addicted to that show as well, cant wait for it to start up again.

fringe is way out there for network tv. way too mindfuckish even for fox. i'm surprised it made it as long as it did. it's one badass show, though, and i don't usually get into that way far fetched sci fi stuff, but there's some shit going down on that show. they fell way off on promoting it. american idol is fox's golden ticket to promote or introduce any show, and they just stopped bothering after season 2. it's a shame because who the fuck clears their friday night for a tv show?

i cant disagree with ya too much there. i dont think season 2 started to suck though, the beginning of season 3 wasnt looking too good but now they are really getting into to the good stuff now with the alternate universe and observers....its getting intense.

yup, totally agree there. i was very shocked that fringe has made it this far on a major network...especially fox. but it was looking like it was gona be a long running show judging by the first 2 seasons ratings.

thats why i called it the last chance friday slot....the slot where shows go to finish out their contracts and die. i guess its ok though, i know syfy will pick it up.

Joss Whedon......Joss Weedon. whoa. Yeah Firefly is/was good.
JJ abrams. He's the man too. He does what he did with Lost on fringe. His work always has the common thread of meaning and the human desire to find meaning.
Good stuff.

lost is the same story... man i watched that show out of loyalty from season 3 and i actually thought it might get better towards the end... now if i see j.j. abrahams im going all out on that asshole. He gives you hope that a mystery show will actually be interesting and innovative buy then you realize he only thought out the first season and everything else he just makes up as he goes along.... the ending of lost was one of the most dissapointing things i went through in life lol

sopranos ending wasnt the most amazing but at least up to that point the show was....
with lost SPOILER ALERT basicly you watched the whole 5th and 6th season just to know why they crashed on the island and thats exactly what they hint... THEN they just finish up with a lot of girly drama and decide that everyone died and they are meeting in heaven WITH NO EXPLANATION WHAT SO EVER. that basically what us fans deserve for taking that crap for as long as we did...

HaaaHAA! I hear you Shmulster... I was bitter about the end for awhile. But all in all I enjoyed the ride. Because early on, I made the choice to just go with it. Not overthink it and just enjoying the ride. That being said, there is no damn way, that I would ever watch an episode of lost. Ever again. Its kinda like New Years Eve in 2007. Yeah I was there, I remember most of it, it gets a little gray in the middle, I puked at the end. And all in all it was pretty fun. Would I want to do it again? HELL NO!
