Dude, serious up... you have posted like 4 really simple questions in the last few minutes.

Take $30 bucks and goto Barnes and Noble to purchase Ed Rosenthals book or use the direct link here:
http://www.quicktrading.com/book.asp?CatalogNo=MGH2

It will answer all these questions and give you a really good base of information to work with. No offense to this site or anyother MJ sites but you just cant trust everything you read on them. Some people have no idea and are only guessing answers to your questions.

So, go learn from an expert and buy the book.

Good Luck Brother!

Veg for a few weeks. Learn how to super crop and prune properly. Lst'ing or scrog works well too. Also make sure you have sufficient room for root growth as in a big enough pot. I use no less then a three gallon pot and five is typical. Most of all, lots of TLC.

You cant spare 30 bucks for the single most important part of the entire operation? It's like buying all the pieces to build a vehicle but not buying the manual that shows how its assembled dude.

Dude, there is TONS of great info FREE on the web. Shitloads right here on RIU. You can read, study, watch, listen etc etc until you are seeing plants in your sleep. Check out the newbie forum stickies. Particularly the one called Grow Videos. Several how-to videos from master growers for first timers.

To answer the OP question...there are so many variables in any grow no one can really answer the question with any degree of certainty. I certainly suggest LST in that area, and topping, or fimming, or super cropping. All of these methods can be learned right here on the web. Good Luck!

No need to buy a book. Everything you need is available for free right here. You just have to be willing to do a little research. Make a few friends with some experience under their belt and that will go a long way. There is alot of B.S. info on here, but there is more good info than not. Happy growing and dont pay any mind to people who shoot you down and disrespect you on here. They probably suck at growing anyways.

So your room is 2 wide, 4 deep and 2 high? why are you trying to grow in a space that is two feet high? or did you just type that out funny?

LST the plant when its short and scrog it the plant. Veg for a long time. and go BIG on the pot size. try finding a 10 gallon pot if you can, or make something yourself. Or also consider DWC.
rule #1 in my oppinion to higher yeilds, is keep your internodes as short as possible. Use MH light and keep it bright(reflective materials, aircooled hood, and keep it close).
Try your best to never stress the plant during flower, and avoid getting pests or mold at all costs.
Provide lots of ventilation

OR you can go on a MARIJUANA CULTIVATING forum, which is designed for, the purpose of asking question and getting answers from the more seasonal grower.
Now why is this concept so hard for you two to comprehend excatly?

Top and scrog your plant highest yield possibly with your room dimensions.

I own the marijuana cultivators "bible" and I don't believe there was a chapter on "how to get the biggest yield from one plant"

the bigger the plant the more it will yield usually. i had a plant that was about 3 feet tall and it yielded considerably less than a plant 5 and a half feet tall. that and don't cut too early. they dense up a lot at the end. better to go too long than too short. u also need good quality nutrients.

i have had topped and i am not sure if it reallymakes a diifference in yield. more tops yes but smaller nuggets overall.

long veg is good for big yield but if uhave limited space, it's pointless to ask how to have the biggest yield because on limited space, it's not possible.

And spend weeks asking noob questions putting your plants in harms path. I didnt recommend him buy the book for our sake, I don't mind answering questions, I recommended it for his own sake, I would ask a bunch of noob questions, bought the grow bible and the marijuanas growers handbook, havent asked a question since.
