dude i wouldnt sweat it. my plants/leaves always have spots and irregularities on them.
is it only the one plant that your growing ?
are the other affected if its not?
how far off the plant is your light ?
i dont understand why ppl use MH globes...... i use HPS for the full cycle. rarely have any issues.
if the leaves are more than 50% affected then take them off otherwise i wouldnt worry about it too much.
are you using the recommended dosage for your nutes ?
i know GH nutes you can use at 125% of their recommended doses and also canna too.
micro? is that micro nutes?
i add microbial into the res but im running to waste out of 4* 44gallon drums. it helps the roots keep healthy and allows better nute uptake.
jsut some advice not sure if itll help

Well if the light is three feet above the plants, it's certainly not light burn. The average 600w bulb with sufficient cooling needs to be a minimum of 13" away from the plants at all times. If heat isn't an issue, mature plants will grow fastest when the lamp is set to about 17-18" away each day.

Keep in mind that you can only stop more damage from occurring. The existing damage is unfortunately there to stay. The fertilizers that you said you're using have almost no Phosphorus at all so the damage is definately from P-def. Bone Meal and many Guanos are strong sources of Phosphorus. Make either into a tea for instant release, properly adjust the liquid's pH and it'll fix your plants right up.

Good luck
