its at about a month old....10 inches tall in a 10 inch pot, transplanting to a 14.5x12'' pot soon...standard potting soil....watering it every other day with distilled water and on the third day with 30-10-10 nutes for veg.....it has shown an earily sex....with two lil hairs....is that normal with my lighting at 18-6? im thinking about putting it into flowering soon...should i change my nutes before i do so? and what n-p-k do you suggest for flowering?

The white hairs you see are female preflowers! It looks like a little nute burn slightly back off the nutes or water twice with plain water in between feedings. For flowering you want low nitrogen, high phosphorus and some potassium Get a bloom booster or some flowering nutes make sure they are water soluble and not time release I've seen people use schutz bloom booster at 10-54-10 which works well but is very strong.
