Anyone live in Mass.? Can I grow weed there?

So I'm about to move to Massachusetts and I'm wondering if I can grow some weed legally up there? I do have a brain tumor which I'm currently taking Vicodin for the pain, I'm thinking I may be able to get some weed for the pain instead. Any ideas?
