Anyone Recognize this Piece or it's Maker?

I saw this once back on my roommates wall in college, and it's eluded me ever since then. Does anyone recognize it, or what company or glassblower might have done it? The :leaf:cannabis leaves:leaf: are just awesome and unique. I haven't come across a glass piece with a similar design yet. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places. Anyone have a clue? Ideally I'd like to buy a piece like this, but even with the aid of google it has eluded me.

High Times started digital downloads as of November 2008, and the March 2008 Potcast doesn't mention the glass maker or distributor...

Oh my god, that IS it! This piece is a collaborate between Tristan and Banjo. I have no idea who those guys are, but WOW you are amazing for helping me find this

THANK YOU THANK YOU. P.S. what is Boromarket?

My pleasure :-)

BoroMarket is a glass market where you bid on, buy outright and can sell new and VERY clean used pieces, ..only top shelf glass pretty much. There are some blowers that sell directly also.

There is a fee, I think it was $15 to join but that's forever...unless you want to sell and then it's a different price. Artists join for free.

I can keep my eyes open for you, I check it out every other day at least...if I see a piece by Banjo I will let you know. Yes, making a note so I don't forget "who was it looking for Banjo?"

:] thanks MomaPug. I just love those cannabis leaves. So unique. I'd love to grab a piece with that. :weed:
All that is required is finding a piece, and having deep pockets. Once these guys get a reputation, their work is SPENDY, and he has a great reputation/following. Good luck, I would enjoy helping you find a piece of his work... gives me an excuse to look at more glass, I like the shopping part, just not the paying part :-)

^^Seconded. I've been a member on there for some time. All I can tell you is that now is the time to join if that's still possible. The market has slowed down quite a bit in the last year and it's really a buyer's market at this point. Great deals aplenty are there to be had!

I think you have to have an invite from a member in good standing to get in. That member has to have a minimum amount of good feedback to "sponsor" you.

No, you just have to send the owner money to join. The referrals part is from waaaaaaaaay long time ago.

boromarket.com

I'm a member there as well, glass artists join free, but buying customers pay a yearly membership fee to join.

Odd, I have been on over two years and never paid since I joined...have never been asked to re-up and all works fine?

Also, I just copied this from the site, are you sure you don't still need an invite?

If their rules have changed, oops! If I can refer people, let me know. I have close to 20 feedback there already, but I'm a free Glass Artist account, if that matters. I have to go there and post some stuff up soon, I havent listed anything for sale since November......
