Anyone seen this before?

I was harvesting a small plant (bag seed) and snapping off the sun leaves as I normally do when this two leaves turned up on the same node. Just thought I would share this curiosity with the community.

Lol.. I have a grow journal with unusual leaf structures dried and pressed between photo album pages. My sister has a fan leaf from a 25 year old grow in a photo album.

I can't remember the name of the strain, but its semi-rare to get a plant the buds on the fan leaves.

a pic i saved from one of our growers from last year ,it has a bud starting to form in the fan leaf
